Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ceera, we aim to provide a seamless travel experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policies below:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Before 96 Hours of the Booking Time: Full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Booking Time: A cancellation fee of 70% will be deducted from the refund.
- No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be issued if the customer fails to show up or cancels within 24 hours before the booking time.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after approval.
- In case of payment failure or overpayment, the refund will be processed automatically within 7 business days.
- If a booking is canceled by Ceera due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
3. Modification Policy
- Modifications to bookings, such as date, time, or destination changes, can be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the modifications requested.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

5. Exceptions
Refunds and cancellations may not apply in the following cases:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, road closures, etc.).
- If the customer violates the terms of service during the trip.
